I am a board-certified pediatrician in Salem, Oregon and the only doctor at Sprout Pediatrics. I have been practicing in Salem since completing my pediatric residency in Arizona in July 2000. After over 15 years with Childhood Health Associates of Salem I opened my own tiny practice built specifically for unhurried, detailed visits and close, collaborative relationships with families. 

We’re at 4350 Commercial St SE, just South of the 12th Street Cutoff where Sunnyside Road meets Commercial Street. The office is tucked on the north side of the Phoenix Inn. Sprout is the first office in the building, with parking just outside the door.
